Turn left and find a battery placed behind the counter. Charge it up (choosing Thor or Storm) and wait a few seconds. This will unlock the Kingpin Goon Character Token.

Deadpool Red Brick

Choose a character with telekinesis power (e.g. Loki or Jean Grey), then head to the painting located on the right corner of the room, so you can move it down. Now switch into character with a fire beam (e.g. Human Torch or Iron Man (Mark 42)) and slice through the golden vault to find the "Studs x6" Deadpool Brick.

Stan Lee in Peril

You may rescue Stan Lee with an Iceman - simply go to the fireplace and put out the fire.
