Leaving the apartment
You will begin the chapter with a brief visit to the apartament. You can search for the collectibles, look through Alex and her brother's belongings, look around. You're in no hurry, nothing will happen until you leave the house.
You can change. Alex has several outfits with skirts to choose from.
If you want to leave, go to your desk and pick up the pendrive. Only with it can you leave the apartment.
Duckie
Duckie's sitting alone in the bar. You can easily leave the ongoing festival and go to him. He is very sad. Alex will want to help him, but if you think there's no point in making him feel better, you can leave.
However, if you focus on his emotions, you will see three illuminated objects. In the room where the man is, there is a large-sized statue of a bear - examine it.
Then head to the further part of the bar. You need to check the table and the jukebox.
Go back to the man. To help him, you have to choose the option "Dance". This will improve his mood.
If you've managed to comfort a man, you'll find him on the festival.
Unhappy couple
You'll see a couple right outside Charlotte's shop. The woman is angry, the man is sad. They're both unhappily in love with each other.
If you want to make them both happy, approach them and select the dialogue option "cute couple".
Riley
Riley didn't go to the festival. You'll find her near the bridge, at the bus stop.
A woman thinks about leaving for college. If you didn't tell her about Eleanor's illness before, you can do it now. You don't have to if you don't want to. This will affect your relationship with Eleanor. If you tell Riley the truth, the woman won't be happy about it.
Restaurant owner
Right at the entrance to the festival, you'll see a nervous man. You can talk to him and offer him help to improve his mood.
