Description of the case

1. Location: Ijincho;
2. Availability: Chapter 3.

The quest is available on the blackboard in the Yokohama 99 office. After accepting the case, go to Meng Wu restaurant in Chinatown and talk to the boy sitting at the table.

On the Buzz Researcher app, search for phantom ramen stall and go to a minimum of 3 designated locations.

Listen to the conversations until you get a notification at the bottom of the screen. After collecting 3 clues, Yagami will inform you that it is time to return to the client.

When talking to Joe Koike, exhaust all dialogue options to provide him the information you have gathered.

After talking to the client, approach the cat sitting near the restaurant. Regardless of which option you choose, the cat will escape.

Approach the cats and try to befriend one of them.

To reach level 1 of Pawpularity with chosen cat, you have to give it a name and interact with it until the bar at the top of the screen fills up.

After befriending the cat, return to the Yokohama 99 office, approach the couch and select Rest until nighttime. When you leave the office, a friendly cat should lead you to where the case ends.
