Baldur's Gate 3 will offer a special feature for streamers, enabling viewers to vote on dialogue lines and suggest the player what decision to make. The developers also boasted of the complexity of the dialogues and cut-scenes in their latest work.

IN A NUTSHELL:
Developers from Larian Studios, the creators of the much-awaited RPG Baldur's Gate III, have published another note on Steam, dedicated to their upcoming work. It contains information on several topics, such as animated scenes, dialogues, and Twitch integration.
The dialogues in Baldur's Gate III will be much better animated and presented in a noticeably more cinematic way than in Divinity: Original Sin II. The difference should be visible to the naked eye already in the early access version - the creators even note that they don't recall another Early Access game that would have cinematic scenes at comparable level.
“You’re telling your story, and we’re shooting it for you. We’re taking that camera down from being above the players, and down into the drama, right into the action. I can’t think of another Early Access game that’s done cinematics, on this level. There’s a lot of games where the moment you add cinematics, they have to get smaller. We didn’t want to do that,” explains studio's Cinematic Director, Jason Latino.

We can also expect a much higher level of complexity and interactivity in dialogues.
An interesting thread is also the integration with Twitch. The game will offer a feature that we've already seen during some streams - people watching the game live will be able to vote for dialogue options, thus prompting the player to make choices they think should be made.
It's worth noting that this feature will be available on the day of Baldur's Gate III's launch in early access (scheduled for September 30).
