Retro FPS Feast; Blood West and Kingpin Remaster Launch

This day is going to be very interesting for fans of retro climates. Today two games of this type will debut on Steam. One of them is a refreshed version of an FPS from the 1990s, and the other is a new title, developed, however, in an old-school style.

Blood West

Let's start with Blood West. It's a first-person immersive sim action game set in a fantasy version of the Wild West, developed by studio Hyperstrange.

1. The game debuted in early access in February 2022, and version 1.0 will be released this afternoon.
2. The early access version costs $25, and we know that version 1.0 will be more expensive, although we don't know its exact price for now.
3. Blood West is available exclusively on PC.

The early version has been received very warmly - on Steam, 91% of all reviews praise the title, which is categorized as a "very positive" reception.

It is also worth quoting the system requirements. Only the minimum is given, which is not particularly surprising, given the retro style of the game.

Kingpin: Reloaded

The second retro release of Tuesday will be Kingpin: Reloaded, which is a refreshed version of the iconic FPS from 1999.

1. The game will debut today only on PC. Console releases are planned, but we will have to wait until next year for them.
2. Kingpin: Reloaded will be sold on Steam and GOG.com, where it will be unlocked at 10:00 a.m. PST.

Compared to the original, Kingpin: Reloaded is expected to offer improved graphics and gameplay, as well as a new mission system. As a result, system requirements will also increase significantly.
