Fans are making their own PC Halo game - Installation 01

Halo franchise at its core has always been bound to Xbox consoles, with only some of its installments having been ported to PC. Thanks to a group of fans though, we will get to see a whole new Halo game created exclusively for Windows/Linux and Mac computers. The project in discussion is Installation 01, a fan-made PC game set in the Halo universe. The developers of Installation 01 aim to bring the classic Halo multiplayer to PC players, while taking the best features from all Halo games. Note, that this is allegedly a fully legal project, designed under Microsoft’s Game Content Usage Rules. All content is either allowed for use or created from scratch by the team (that includes mo-capped animations). There is currently no information on when the game is going to launch.
