As announced in September, today two games have been added to Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass subscriptions. The first of these is Gotham Knights, an action game with RPG elements set in the DC Comics universe. The second title waiting for the subscribers is The Lamplighters League - a tactical RPG with a turn-based combat system, developed by Harebrained Schemes (known, among others, for the Shadowrun trilogy and BattleTech).

  1. Gotham Knights on Microsoft Store
  2. The Lamplighters League on Microsoft Store

Gotham Knights is not directly related to the Batman: Arkham series, but uses similar mechanics and aesthetics.

  1. The plot focuses on four heroes - Nightwing, Robin, Batgirl and Red Hood - who take charge of Gotham after Batman's death.
  2. Players explore the open city, complete a variety of tasks, level up theirs character and fight enemies using the characters' unique abilities.
  3. The game enables the players to play solo or in co-op mode.

In turn, the action of The Lamplighters League takes place in an alternate version of the 1930s, where a sinister cult of the Banished Court seeks to take over the world.

  1. Players command the Lamplighters League, a group of heroes and anti-heroes who seek to stop the villains.
  2. The game offers turn-based clashes in which each hero uses unique talents and skills, as well as real-time gameplay elements that enable the players to avoid or prepare for certain skirmishes.
  3. During the game, the players also manage the League's base, developing character abilities and gaining access to equipment.
  4. The Lamplighters League will make its debut on Steam and Epic Games Store around 5 p.m. CET
  5. The game has already been rated by selected media - the average rating on Metacritic is 76/100.
