If you find the economy of Cities: Skylines II too easy and not very realistic, then you should be interested in the mod called EconomyFixer.
Cities: Skylines II turned out to be quite a disappointment. Colossal Order, the studio responsible for the project is currently working on improving the game, but some fans decided not to wait and took matters into their own hands. One of the best fruits of this is the mod called EconomyFixer.
Installing the mod
First you need to install BepInExPack, a package that extends the ability to modify games on the Unity engine. Then you just need to download EconomyFixer and extract the archive with the mod to "...Skylines II/BepInEx/plugins".
All in all, the mod makes the economy more challenging and realistic, making the game more enjoyable for players looking for more challenges. The creator of the modification, TDW, is rapidly developing it and new versions are released every few days, introducing further improvements.
Recall that Cities: Skylines II launched in October, this year. Currently, the game is only available on PC. Versions for Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5 consoles will be released next year.
