Outward: How do I get unique Skeleton Armor Set?

In Outward you'll find lots of equipment - including secret and unique armour. One of them is the Skeleton Armor Set, which will transform your character into a skeleton. The armor does not offer any protective properties or additional effects, but it is worth to get due to its unique appearance. What's more, this secret and unique armor is located in Cierzo, so you can get it right from the start of the game.

How do I get the Skeleton Armor Set?

The helmet of the set can be found on the roof of a large building located near the inn in Cierzo.

To get Merto's Skull, aka the skeleton helmet, go to the large building next to the inn in Cierzo. Climb up the stairs and then head towards the beams that strengthen the structure.

Use evade to get to the roof.

Climb on these beams and head towards the roof - if you encounter an obstacle, use dodge to get your character forward and go further.

The helmet is located behind the second chimney.

Behind the second chimney (i.e. the one that is higher) you will find the Merto's Skull helmet.

Other parts of the set can be found on the roof of the Loud-Hammer building.

The other two parts of the set, Merton's Ribcage and Merton's Shinbones, can be found on the roof of the blacksmith's building - Loud-Hammer in the central part of the city. On the right side of the building there are beams to support the lower roof - climb them using the nearby stairs.

On the beams, get to a smaller roof.

While on the beams, move as far as possible to the right side of the smaller roof and enter the roof by the edge.

From the smaller roof go up to the larger roof - there you will find the remaining parts of the armor.

Finally, climb up to the larger roof, where you will find Merton's Ribcage and Merton's Shinbones.

Wearing all items makes your character look like a skeleton.

After putting on the whole set, your character will turn into a skeleton. The armour does not provide any protection, but you can carry out all activities in it.
