There are five Emotional Baggages to be found in this level.
Purse Tag
Location: Teacher's Domain.
This baggage is on the shelf with a passage to the book, which you can use to get to the next stage.

You can find this baggage by jumping on the shelves, not far from the one you've just got.
Dufflebag Tag
Location: Exhibit A.
This tag is behind the door. Just summon a companion using the Projection power, and he will open the door for you.

You'll find the baggage right next to the front door, on one of the book made bridge.
Hatbox Tag
Location: Exhibit C.
This tag is right next to the door where you'll find the clue. All you have to do is look to your right and jump on the platform. But remember, it'll collapse if you wait too long.

The baggage is easily noticeable. You'll find it on your way to the door, in sector B. It's on the red book, where you can safely stop.
Case Tag
Location: Deep Inside Teacher's Domain.
You can get to this tag by traveling through the thoughts up to a small platform near the wall.
Suitcase
Location: Librarian's Desk.
This baggage is on a pile of books. You can get to it by jumping on the atlas and the shelves with documents.

Location Exhibit B.
Jump to this tag when you go through the covers attached to a huge stack of books.

This baggage is located at the top of the library. You have to jump on the globe, summon your companion with Projection power, and then send him down to the lever. That will make the globe go higher, and you will get to the top floor.
