Go inside and choose the 7th floor in the elevator. Talk to Emma about the Mainframe (move Mainframe on Emma). You'll learn that you need to go to the basement. Go back to the elevator and press B.

There are a couple of doors there, and the device you're looking for behind one of them. As Ray, approach every door as closely as you can, selecting Ray's smartphone from INV. Notice the smartphone's reception (rectangle). If the reception is full, as on the screen, you're at the right door. Click on it and choose Kick it in.

Inside, click on the Resonance device. You'll receive a Live Resonance device. Go back to the elevator and select the 1st floor.

Outside, click on the Wire gate (rectangle), and then on TV (circle). After the cutscene you'll find yourself on the top of the crane. Now it's time to decide which ending you'll see, depending on the choices you've made.
