Bijou Movie Theater - behind the theater, you meet Al Gore for the first time.
Tweek Bros. Cofee - the "Call The Banners" (Tweek), "Gain new Allies" quests.
U-Stor-It - the "ManBearPig", "Wasted cache", "Gain New Allies", "The Homeless Problem" quests.
The Farm the "ManBearPig", "Magical Songs", "Big Game Hunting" (cow).
Canada the "Oh, Canada", "Big Game Hunting" (spider) guests. To get to Canada, you need to go North four times, in the Lost Forest. You need a passport to pass through passport control. You will receive the passport during the "Forging of Alliances" quest.
The South Park Courier - the key is at the post office
Sewer Entrance - going down to the sewers requires the teleportation probe. The "ManBearPig", "Big Game Hunting" (mouse, bat), "Homeless", "Dropping The Kids Off" quests.
The Post Office the "Package for Mr. Slave" quest
Office building - the key is at Tom's
Tom's Rhinoplasty - you can get your nose surgery. The basic surgeries do not alter your looks in any way. The most expensive surgery (Hoff) glues David Hasselhoff's picture onto your character.
The Bank - you can "invest", i.e. lose $20 with each investment you make.

The Lost Forest - a forest labyrinth. Several locations that repeat, on a regular basis, regardless of where you go. From here, you can go to three locations - Canada, back to South Park and to the secret location with the Woodland Critters. To get to Canada, you need to go North four times. To return to the town, keep going to the South. You can get to Woodland Critters by going East, North, East South, East. If you wander around the forest, you will be found by the parents and taken home.

The eastern side of the town are, mainly, stores and houses. It is here that the headquarters, of the main factions in the game, are located. The pirates and the girls can be found on the playground. The Kingdom of Kupa Keep and the Elven Kingdom are in Cartman's and Kyle's houses, respectively. In the middle street, there is also the manhole to the sewers, where you can find many hidden elements of the game, e.g. the Crab-Man, who is a part of the "Friends in Strange Places" achievement. In the North-eastern side of the map, there also is the farm, where you can complete several side quests, at the beginning of the game and Canada, where you will get towards the end of the game's storyline.
