After the conversation, try to go to the other side of the counter: Counter Door - Open, where you can proceed to the cold storage chamber.

After the conversation with Johan, open the storage door: Door - Open
Look around the secret room. Here you will find a Chemistry Lab - Examine, Shackles - Examine, Mysterious Jars - Examine and Still - Examine. Finally, approach Johann and under the table you will find Crane's Coat - Examine. You hang the coat on the wall and search it: Pocket - Examine. In one of the pockets you will find a piece of the broken mirror.

After the conversation with Johann, you leave the butcher shop and go back to Woodlands.
