Walking around the truck from the front

First of all, note that, although the tracker has been already planted, the two key limitations have not changed. So, you need to avoid detection and engaging the terrorists that remain in the loading bay, in any way. The safest route to leave this location is the route around - I recommend that you walk around the truck with the tracker planted from the front.

The best way to leave this location is through the manhole shown in the screenshot, which is located close to the truck that you have just walked around (on the driver's side). Using this passage isn't required, though, because, equally well, you can approach the exit marked by the game in a more traditional way, and wait for the right moment to start your walk. Regardless of what you want to do, you need to reach the next location and listen to the conversation that concerns the confirmation of Sadiq's presence in the terrorist base.
