Get Black Widowz tattoo

To help Boone you have to walk through belmont tunnel and join the gang. First step is to get a black widowz tattoo on your chest. You can have one made in Santa Monica. When you get the tattoo talk to Hector front of the parking. Do a manual between every two flags in the tunnel.

Build an All-City Tag

To begin this task you must learn all graphic styles. Help graphite guy with his tag in Hollywood, Downtown, Beverly Hills and Santa Monica. Do it until you learn his style (information will appear). Then make your graphic with all 4 styles and talk to Hector. Tag 4 graphite spots. They will be marked with red stars on your compass. Guy from the enemy gang will be distribute but if you know the place just go back to that point where the enemy tagged.

Prove your Bmx skills

Get Bmx for this task and learn to ride it by taking at least 3 lessons from Rick Thorne (bike icon on the compass) to begin next step of recruitment. When you know what bike is go to that dude again. First you have to do tablepop [KP4 ("square")] from the wooden launcher. Then cranckflip from the same launcher. Last trick is tailwhip [KP* or KP/ ("right" or "left" na on right analog stick)]. At the end do a manual [hold W or S ("up" or "down" on left analog stick)] down between the flags and on the wall perform a wallplant. Path to East LA it is open for you now.
