Watch Dogs: Mission 8 (A Wrench in the Works)

Find Angelo Tucci's niece

The building with the person that you are looking for, inside

Listen to the conversation with Clara and get to the green marker of the next main mission, which is located in The Loop. Activate the Profiler (press the action key/button) and start scanning the people within the blue circle. After several moments, you will be again contacted by Clara and tell you that Tucci's niece is inside the glazed Connelly Square building. Go there.

After you enter the Connelly Square building, restart scanning the area. Helena Tucci should be standing in the spot shown in the above screenshot. You need to stop within a longer distance of Helena and hack into her phone twice - first to call her and then to listen to her conversation with her uncle.

Murder Angelo Tucci

You need to hurry, because you are required to attack the convoy and eliminate Angelo Tucci, before he reaches the prison. Therefore, steal a fast and a quite durable car. The convoy's tote is marked on the map of Chicago in green. The fastest way to approach the convoy is to take the red route shown in the above screenshot - take the first turn to the East and to the North, after you reach the highway.

Blowing up Tucci's car will allow you to deal with it quickly

The car with Angelo Tucci can be stopped in many ways. If you have a grenade launcher or frag grenades on you, you can get in the vehicle's, wait until it comes around and blow the car up. The upside of this method is that Angelo should die immediately, in the explosion.

You can bump into Tucci's car

If you do not have any explosives on you, you can collide, head-on, with the car driven by Tucci, or start hacking (e.g. to initiate neutralization, as soon as the gangster's car comes near a pipe).

The escaping Angelo Tucci

As I have already mentioned, Angelo may die, as a result of the car's explosion. If you have only damaged his car, he will start escaping on foot and, in such a situation, it is best to run over him.

Lose the pursuit

Hack the elements in the surroundings or neutralize the cars

Regardless of what you did to eliminate Angelo Tucci, you still need to keep in mind that you will be chased by the remaining cars in the convoy. Also these cars can be blown up (grenade launcher, explosives) but you can, just as well, start escaping and thanks to hacking the elements in the surroundings (drawbridges, bollards, road spikes, etc.) you can lose them. This will complete this mission.

Rewards for completing the mission: notoriety, 500 experience points + 50 experience points for destroying Tucci's car.
