It is necessary to navigate the relationships with others so as to receive bonuses from the largest number of social groups and at the same time not get on anyone's nerves too much. If you become notorious, despised by the public, you can be fired from your job, or be assassinated.

As for the reports, they join the gameplay after a while in the game. You have to fill in the questions to the culprit so that they correspond to the actual statements. Therefore, you should always listen carefully to what witnesses say, and in case of problems - there's always the protocol with the recording of the entire hearing. For a properly completed report, you will earn reputation, additional social support and Influence points. However, if you make a mistake too many times, you will get negative values in those parameters.
