Take control of the cannon

When the mission starts, go along the corridor and use the cannon. When the submarine emerges, shoot and watch the cutscene. You'll end up in the water. You'll have to swim forward and enter the compound via a ladder.

The room with a first big fight

When you get inside, go to the corridor and turn left. Arm yourself to the teeth because there's a lot of guns and ammo there. Then go through the next corridor and you'll enter a hall with a statue at the end. Enemies will start attacking you, there will be one mech. If you run out of armor, you can go back to the first corridor, because it's impossible to take everything from there.

You can use these vents to surprise the enemies

After you defeat them, cross the room, then go left and downstairs. More soldiers will attack you. Alternatively, you can use one of the vents to surprise them from a side or attack frontally. The former is recommended, but you'll have to fight them anyway. When you kill them, press the button in the middle that opens the door on the opposite side.

Another big room with lots of enemies

After a while you'll get to a similar room and more enemies attack you. If they start to overpower you, back away while keeping distance. You can go upstairs and collect a lot of equipment, including first aid kits.

Use the ladder after getting through the laboratory

When you kill them all, go to the opposite side, then downstairs and to the right, to a button that opens the gate. Cross Deathshead's laboratory, get out to the corridor and climb up the ladder. You'll see a cutscene.

When it's over, free yourself and kill Bubi. Climb up the ladder and enter the elevator. When you get out, turn right and come back after the cutscene.

Use cannons to shoot down zeppelins

There will be a boss fight after the cutscenes. Throw grenades at the first robot, then take its brain out. The main boss will appear - Mecha Dethshead. The problem is that he has a shield that you have to deactivate. Run to the grate and cut a hole in it, then run to one of the AA cannons. Destroy two zeppelins. When you do it, you only have to overload the shield with your laser.

You must be mobile here

When you break the shield, there will be an explosion and the enemy will fall down. Collect everything from the arena and jump down. The main fight will start now. Rockets, laser and grenades are most effective against this enemy, If you run out of rockets and grenades, you can try everything else, but shotgun requires a distance too short to be effective. Stay mobile. You can keep a distance and recharge your laser with batteries on the walls. Remember to avoid enemy fire. Sometimes the robot will lose some armor parts that you can pick up.

When the fight is over, kill Deathshead and the game will end.
