Chuck Noland delivered the parcel, despite his plane crashing. What can you do in 8 years...?

It took four years to deliver the FedEx parcel in the film Cast Away. That's even longer than we waited for the review copy of Xbox Series X
You probably know the plot – Tom Hanks works as a courier, crashes a plane, becomes stranded on an island, and turns into Robinson Crusoe. He opens the parcels scattered on the beach, in which he finds, among other things, ice skates (which he uses as knives). He is accompanied by Wilson (Wilson's volleyball ball), one of the greatest NPCs in entertainment history, who, despite his – how to put it – torpidity, still remains a more colorful character than the NPCs in Assassin's Creed.
Of the 143 minutes of the film, Tom Hanks performs solo for 80. He rarely speaks, because there is no one to speak to. The bond with Wilson, although getting stronger, remains one with inanimate matter. Interestingly, the script contained dialogues between Hanks and Wilson – the writer included them so that Hanks could talk more naturally. If you're wondering what was in that last unopened package that Hanks delivered back to civilization, Robert Zemeckis, the film's director, once revealed jokingly that it was a waterproof satellite phone. Well, an object I don't think would be useful on a desert island. Isn't that right?
Anyway, Tom Hanks managed to crash into an uninhabited piece of land and return to civilization after four years, which at the time never went to sleep, and lived its own life. He also discovered that his wife was no longer entirely his. Hey, CD project, I'm sure that won't be the case with your devoted fans!
