The above map presents the whereabouts of chests hidden in Lambeth in Assassin's Creed: Syndicate. This chest is in the North-Western part of Lambeth. It is in the sewers and therefore, locating it is more difficult. Start by finding the sewer entrance shown in screenshot 1. Follow the tunnel and, after you reach a bigger hall, drop to a lower level, where there is the chest (screenshot 2).

Chests 24 and 25 are inside the Lambeth Asylum in the North-Eastern part of Lambeth. Do not try to reach the main entrance, because it is inaccessible. Instead, find the passage over the roof to get to chest 24 (screenshot 1) and the open window high above, to reach chest 25 (screenshot 2).

This chest is in the clock tower of the Lambeth Asylum in the South-Eastern part of the district. You need to enter the tower from the building's rooftop (screenshot 1). After you get there, find the hole in the floor (screenshot 2) and use it to drop down to a lower level. This is where the chest is.
