The glitch is near a large tree between the buildings. The easiest way to reach is to use a rope launcher.
The glitch is hanging above the street between the buildings. Use a rope launcher to get to it.

The above map presents the whereabouts of Helix rifts in Whitechapel in Assassin's Creed: Syndicate. You need to find the rifts on your own, because you cannot buy any map for them (the individual rifts are added to your map after you approach them). The majority of rifts are in difficult-to-access areas and reaching them may only be possible after you take a leap of faith. i.e. after you use the rope launcher. The ways to reach the most difficult ones have been provided below.

Rift 1

This Rift is high above the ground, close to the big tree. The easiest way to reach it is to stand on one of the rooftops and use the rope launcher in the way that zipping down the line allows you to grab it in mid-air (the above screenshot).

Rift 2

This rift is high above the ground, among buildings. Reach the rooftop of any of the buildings and use the rope launcher in the spot that allows you to get into contact with it during the ride (the above screenshot).

This rift is among buildings and it is hanging several meters above the ground. Reach the roof of one of the tallest buildings, face the secret and aim the rope launcher at the lower roof. If only you ensure yourself with appropriate course of the ride, you will grab the collectible without any problems (the above screenshot).

Rift 4

This rift is inside the roofed railway station. It is placed several meters above the ground and to reach it, start by climbing onto the metal beams on the large structure. Use the beams to stand directly above the collectible (the above screenshot) and drop down to grab it in mid-air.

Rift 9

This rift is High above the ground, near the large tree. Make it over to the roof of one of the taller buildings around and stand in the spot shown in the above screenshot. Take the leap of faith. You should be able to grab that in mid-air , still before you drop onto the haystack.
