Aliens Colonial Marines: Survive the Queen
Soon, the alien queen will show up on the battlefield. DON'T attempt to fight with her, just find a shelter as soon as possible. There are some containers nearby (the above screenshot) in which you and your teammates should hide. Each of them also has some ammo and armor.
If you stand in the middle of the container, the queen won't be able to reach you. You won't even have to monitor her movements, because she can't tear the container apart.
Instead of the queen, watch out for the regular Xenomorphs; try to eliminate them without changing your position. You'll have to keep defending that way until the queen runs off. Take the opportunity to replenish your supplies one more time.
