The next one is behind the crates in the room with the second valve [1] (February 17th 1899).

After you turn the first valve, you will unlock the door in the sluice. After you take the door, climb down the stairs and turn right twice [1].

Phone #1

It is in the room with the first valve. It rings only after you have used the valve.
