Unzip the contents of the archive, run the trainer, and then the game. During the game you will be able to use the following keys:
CTRL + 1 -unlimited cash
CTRL + 2 -maximum bars needs
CTRL + 3 -300000 aspiration points
CTRL + 4 -Platinum aspiration
CTRL + 5 -skill points
CTRL + 6 -instant learning
CTRL + 0 -eliminates the effects of the above facilities (you might want to use this option before leaving home)
