Cautious Drivers is a mod for Grand Theft Auto IV created by BR_Goianiense. It’s a small project that makes the NPC drivers behave more realistically. For example they wwill drive with their doors locked, just like in real life. You can also point a firearm to a driver for at least 1 second to make him unlock the door, or just shoot the door window to open it from inside.
