The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Game Mod - Infection mode v.1.01 - Download

Infection mode is a mod for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, created by SkacikPL.

Information:

This mod requires console enabler mod to be installed and working!

What does this mod do:

It adds startinfection command to console, using it spawns a devourer that's 6 levels above yours.

The patient-zero devourer will ignore player for 10 seconds and attack surrounding NPCs, each NPC hit by the patient-zero will turn into a necrophage until user-defined limit of "zombies" is reached. People turned into necrophages will go after other NPCs, turning them into more necrophages.

Obviously they won't forget about the player.

All adult men and women will change into rotfiends or devourers (10% chance) that are 5 level above players'.

Little girls turn into nekkers and little boys turn into nekker warriors.

Other than that, this mod has no point or hidden meaning - it's "infection mode" that can be found in many other games.

Installation:

Unzip the file and put modInfection folder into your Mods folder inside Witcher 3 installation folder.

Then open or create Mods.settings (make sure it's Mods.settings, not Mods.settings.txt!) and add following lines:

[modInfection]

Enabled=1

Priority= <- any number goes here, relate it to your mods as this mod modifies npc.ws

Usage:

Go into the game, open console and type startinfection <- this will start the infection mode without a "zombie" limit.

HOWEVER, i strongly recommend using startinfection(x) where X put a number to limit amount of your zombies as rapid growth of the zombie population may get the game unstable quite quickly.
