YOUR GAME WILL LIKELY CRASH ON STARTUP.
Download the correct version of the patch for your build of the game.
You can find out what game build you have via the game's dropdown menu in EGL:
Replace the thumbs.dat in \HITMAN3\Retail with the one you downloaded.
