Arachnid Command is a mod for Starship Troopers: Terran Command, created by MosquitoPR.

Description:

Mod to add Playable Bugs into Starship Troopers Terran Command.

Instructions:

Install Guide:

- Open Steam

- Open Starship Troopers Terran Command Properties

- Click 'Local Files' tab

- Click 'Browse...'

- Navigate to file path:

\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Starship Troopers - Terran Command

- Paste 'Starship Troopers_Data' folder into here.

- Click yes to Allow files to be replaced. (replacing 5 files; Unit.csv, Abilities.csv, Weapons.csv, Classes,csv, English_0.csv)

- Enjoy

Ingame Guide:

To spawn Brain Bug:

- Hit tidel key to open command line.

- type: spawn brain_bug

- Brain Bug will appear where the mouse is on screen.

Uninstall:

- Open Steam

- Open Starship Troopers Terran Command Properties

- Click 'Local Files' tab

- Click 'Verify integrity of game files...'

- Steam will download original game files.

Kwalasha Campaign Overwrite:

If you wish to play the Kwalasha Campaign as the bugs, copy the folder 'Scenarios' into the following:

\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Starship Troopers - Terran Command\Starship Troopers_Data\StreamingAssets

This will replace the Scenario.json and Trigger.json of the missions to modifiy them with arachnid units. Note only the first 9 missions were fully converted, remaining 10 only have the Brain bug added as the starting unit.

I won't be continuing to edit the Kwalasha Campaign due to the editor being released.

Arachnid Command -1- First Contact:

To play this custom mission, change your game version to the Editor Beta. Then copy the folder 'Arachnid Command-1-FirstContact' into the following:

\Documents\my games\Starship Troopers\Scenarios
