Changelog:
With 2.0.3.5 the technology limit was raised from 72 to 200 (To allow modders to use more). This had the unintended side effect of causing RU08 (Its a bug in the map that was previously hidden by the limit) to ask the player to do 57 technologies instead of 29 (Which is impossible since there isn't that number of technologies).
