Charm Spell is a mod for She Will Punish Them, created by aedenthorn.

Description:

This mod adds a custom skill called "Charm Spell" to the magic skills category.

The spell is cast in the same way as other spells, hold down the hotkey (default V) to aim, and release to cast.

The spell affects only enemies hit by the spell directly.

The spell has several variables, some dependent on the skill level:

Charm chance: default 10% per level

Charm duration: default 10 seconds per level

Max points: default 5

Mana cost: default 20

Level resistance: default 1.5% per level of the enemy

The spell can currently only be cast by the player.

Config

A config file BepInEx/config/aedenthorn.CharmSpell.cfg is created after running the game once with this mod.

You can adjust the config values by editing this file using a text editor or using the Configuration Manager mod.

Technical

This mod requires BepInEx to be installed for SWPT and Custom Skill Framework

To install this mod, place the contents of its zip file in the BepInEx/plugins folder (create it if the folder doesn't exist).

It’s strongly recommend that you install Better Fireball and Frostbite as well, as it fixes some issues with the spell casting system in general.
