For Sigmar, it's an RTS!
Frontier Developments received the rights to create a strategy set in the world of Warhammer Age of Sigmar. It will be an interesting alternative to RTS games, especially since the plot was supervised by Gavin Thorpe (author of books from this universe). Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Realms of Ruin will transport us to the grim realm of Ghur, where four factions wage war.
Who will rule over Ghur in the end?
Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Realms of Ruin will focus almost entirely on battles. You'll need to take control of strategical points on the map to ensure access to resources. We will spend resources on recruiting new units and acquiring upgrades. The technology tree will enable the development of specific types of troops and determine specializations. Fun fact: the armies are modeled on Warscrolls sets.
