Escape from Tarkov: How and where to find extraction points?
Winning in Escape from Tarkov is not about killing as many other players as possible. Your task is to escape from the map - and you will do so by using the extraction points. Each location has different extraction points, but on this page of our guide you will learn the basic steps and rules of escaping from the map.

How do extraction points work?

Before the beginning of a raid, acquire a map of a particular location - you will find it at the Therapist merchant. This allows you to see the extraction points on the map before the start of the game. In addition, you will be able to get some information about each exit point at any time during the game.
When you are already participating in a raid, hold down the "O" button - you will see a list of all extraction points available in the raid, as well as the time remaining to the end of the raid (as in the picture above). At each extraction point you will see a blank field or question marks. An empty field means that you don't have to do anything extra to use this extraction point - just find it. In turn, question marks mean that escaping from a given point requires certain conditions. You may need to acquire a special item on the map or have a specific amount of cash.
ALL EXTRACTION POINTS
You can find all extraction points in our guide to Escape from Tarkov. In the "Maps" section we have included special location maps, where you will find marked extraction points and all the most important information needed to escape from a raid.
Customs map - extraction points

The green dots on the map above mark extraction points on Customs, one of the maps available in Escape from Tarkov. The black dots mark locations where a boss can spawn, and red points mark the places where SCAVs can appear. The more detailed map can be found on a separate page.
Woods map - extraction points

The following map shows the most important places on the Woods map. The more detailed map can be found on a separate page. The one above shows PMC and SCAV extraction points (blue), extraction points only for PMC (green), and places where you can encounter AI-controlled SCAVs (red).
Factory map - extraction points

The above picture represents the Factory map. Extraction points are marked in green, and locations of SCAVs are marked in red. The blue marker shows the location of Factory exit key item. More details can be found in the "Maps" chapter.
Shoreline map - extraction points

The picture above shows the locations of extraction points on Shoreline, one of the maps available in Escape from Tarkov. It is very important to know the locations of extraction points on this map - only one point can be used by both classes (we have marked it in blue). PMC extraction points are marked in green; SCAV extraction points are marked in yellow. The more detailed map can be found on a separate page.
