You will meet Holly during chapter 8. You can find her near the Lestallum Power Plant. Her quests require you to search areas thoroughly, interact with valves and so on. If you have any problems with those, you can check the movies presented at the end of the chapter.

Quest name	Requirement	Notes	Reward
Steam Valve Inspection	Reach chapter 8.	Your task is to interact with 8 valves in the city. An arduous task, requiring you to thoroughly search through the entire city.	2000 EXP, 2500 Gil
Power To The Pylons	Complete the previous quest.	You have to climb on elevations and check if the specified constructions are in good condition.	3000 EXP, 5000 Gil
Holding Back The Dark	Complete the previous quest.	Finally, Holly will request you to check the lights in three specific places. During the inspection you will be ambushed by a group of monsters.	4000 EXP, 10,000 Gil
