They allow the player e.g. to control civil (digger, crane, bus) or military vehicles (plane, tank, warship). The authors focused on realism, thanks to which every virtual plane behaves in the air just like its equivalent in reality. New are the elements of RPG in the form of a pilot development system.

Compared to the basic version of the game, the control system, weaponry, dynamics and physics of flight have been improved, and the developers of the add-on put emphasis on the quality of the game, so that players received quite faithfully behaving models of planes.

The action takes place in 1961 - 1975, during the war in Vietnam. The player becomes a pilot of the UH1 "Huey" military helicopter, performing medical and rescue tasks in the combat area.
