The player directs the actions of Jack Riley, unjustly sentenced to death, whose soul has been given a "second chance". The creators decided to remain faithful to the original sense of humour and surrealistic visual stylistics of the original, while implementing 3D graphics. Work on the game was suspended in 2004.
