The production was to take place in 16th-century Russia and attack the player with a dense atmosphere of mystery. The creators intended to combine action, RPG elements and riddles and place it in a huge world.

Sam Suede: Undercover Exposure is a mix of adventure games and action. The main character is Sam Suede, a private detective who went on holiday to Ecstasy Island.
