The player's task is to help the two heroes explain what happened in a secluded polar research facility, as well as discover the secrets of an ice-bound, ancient city.

A unique platform game with highly interesting visuals. It is the first production by Moon Spider, whose members used to work for e.g. Pixar, Dreamworks, and Studio Ghibli. The backgrounds and characters have been hand-drawn by experienced specialist artist. The game also features a gospel choir soundtrack. In Harold you play as a guardian angel called Gabe. His main task is to protect the clumsy, bespectacled Harold during a series of races on a tracks full of obstacles.

A two-dimensional platformer that resembles the iconic Limbo. It was developed by two independent programmers: Adrian Stutz and Florian Faller and has won many industry awards, including Excellence in Visual Arts. We play as a little creature that only moves to the right, traversing levels filled with traps and enemies. Our character can fight back by throwing objects or attacking with a stick, while he retains his distance.

A conventional, two-dimensional platformer game developed by Ratloop Asia - an independent team. It is an upgraded edition of the 2009's Rocketbirds: Revolution. The player is taken to a world inhabited by humanoid birds, assuming the role of a brave chicken fighting an army of insidious penguins, who conquered his native country and enslaved its inhabitants. The story is told through animated cutscenes and dialogues displayed during missions.

Pixel is a 2D platformer stylized on a retro binding. The player plays the role of Pixel cat, whose task is to go through several stages in order to collect treasures and save his own world. The title is in a way a continuation of the very popular Pix'n Love Rush offering the same character and similar graphic design.

An original adventure game developed by studio Amanita Design. Samorost 2 is the sequel to one of the most interesting browser games of 2003. The player assumes the role of a likeable alien whose asteroid is visited by a pair of other aliens. The visitors steal fruits from the orchard and kidnap the dog that was guarding them. As one can guess, the player is tasked with freeing his pet and returning safely home.

The game was created by the Polish company PlayWay, in cooperation with the National Geographic Games organization, which provided manufacturers with source materials concerning the ship.

An indie game by an experienced developer, who has worked on such productions as End of Nations, Tiger Woods, and NFL Street. In Axiom Verge you play as a man called Trace, who dies and is reborn in a fantasy world, where futuristic and archaic technologies blend. Trace quickly asserts that the new environment and the beings inhabiting it are trying to kill him. The protagonist explores locations filled with traps and enemies as he runs, jumps, and shoots with a gun.

Friendly and exceptionally ingenious platformer, created by an independent Danish developer. In the game we direct three beings looking for a way out of the forest. Each of the more than twenty levels has been fragmented into staff, which makes orientation and movement difficult. The whole was kept in a frugal, but very pleasant style.

The plot of the title depicts the fate of three characters - Stock, Rainey and Marco, who try to determine the causes of the mysterious plague that struck the continent of Vainqueur. Music for the game was composed by Yoko Shimomura.
