In the game we take control over not very resourceful mouse community, which all its actions are subordinated to gaining more pieces of cheese. While playing, we learn the story of a certain mad, feline scientist, whose character accompanies us through each level. The gameplay mechanics combines features of both mentioned titles.

There's also another survivor called Oktarus, who apparently is responsible for the disaster. The distraught boy pursues the stranger, hoping that he can learn the cause of the explosion.
