Alien Puzzle Adventure is another logical game in Vivid Games studio's heritage addressed to the so-called casual players. The title was produced with the technical capabilities of the Nintendo DSi console in mind.

Alien Puzzle Adventure's plot focuses on a mysterious chemical attack that has brought a serious threat to the entire universe. The player plays the role of a lonely hero and his task is to neutralize dangerous quarks with the help of a special weapon constructed by professor Weinstein.

The game consists in matching at least three elements (quarks) in the same color. However, the developers of the game in an innovative way approached an idea well known to fans of logical games. Elements are located in the center of the board, and the character controlled by the player moves around them and fires special "antiques" trying to hit the places where the color matching will remove as many elements as possible. The hero must avoid contact with quarks that cause damage to health. At the same time, however, it can use a variety of covers and power-ups, which make the task easier.

The game offers a total of 35 levels, grouped into 5 different worlds. Players can try their hand at the main campaign or on individual boards. There is also a survival mode with an infinite number of quarks to neutralize.

Alien Puzzle Adventure visual binding is distinguished by bright colours and two-dimensional graphics stylized on cartoon. The advantages of the game are intuitively simple control and humorous storyline.
