Anomaly Agent is a sci-fi action adventure platformer developed by an indie studio Phew Phew Games. It stars Agent 70, an operative dispatching world-threatening anomalies.

Mechanics

Anomaly Agent is a side-scroller. The game's various stages are set in different locations, such as subway stations, neon-lit streets and rooftops. The player must jump on platforms, avoid obstacles, traps and fight enemies.

Combat is fast-paced, Agent 70 being skilled in fistfighting, using melee weapons and guns. The roster of weapons includes swords, pistols and shotguns. To succeed, we must stay mobile, avoid and counter enemy attacks, chaining our own moves into deadly combos. Aside from regular foes we'll also face powerful bosses wielding supernatural abilities.
