Bits & Bops is a set of rhythm mini-games, played in a hand-drawn two-dimensional setting. This game is the debut of Tempo Lab Games, a small indie studio from Australia. It was created thanks to community funding.

Gameplay

In Bits & Bops we participate in a series of twenty skill challenges based on rhythm. The gameplay boils down to pressing the key at the right moments. They are determined by both two-dimensional animation and original melodies.

Each minigame has its own unique music and characters. We have to hammer nails according to a pattern, take pictures when a sea creature emerges from the water for a brief moment and bounces the ball, or jump on a handcar to the rhythm of a song as mole miners, thereby keeping it in motion.
