Dave Mirra Freestyle BMX 3 is the next installment of the famous series, which started with the title released in 2000 for the first generation of PlayStation. In many ways, this game resembles the well-known and valued by many players Tony Hawk's Pro Skater. The main difference, however, is that instead of skateboards we use professionally prepared BMX models. However, we continue to perform crazy acrobatics, gaining more points for it. This third part is the second game of the series, which was decided to be released on GameBoy Advance console. At the same time, it is worth mentioning that this game has not been released on any other hardware platforms anymore. Production of Dave Mirra Freestyle BMX 3 is again the responsibility of the company Full-Fat, which prepared the previous version, as well as games such as Freekstyle and Aggressive Inline.

Even before you start playing, you can create your own player using the appropriate wizard. Nothing stands in the way of playing one of the real champions of this sport. Apart from the title character there are also Mike Laird and Colin Mackay. The basic mode of play is Proquest. Once again, there are numerous references to the first games in the Tony Hawk's Pro Skater series. We have a two-minute time limit, which of course must be complied with. There are 10 different tasks to complete on each board, but they can be approached in a different order. Most often we have to perform certain tricks, get the required amount of points, or find a secret object.

Crediting subsequent tasks allows you to develop the coefficients of your character. In this way the next game boards are unblocked. It is also possible to get better BMX models. In addition to the mode described above, we can proceed to a single ride, also burdened with a time limit, or examine the already discovered board without any restrictions. This game also has a not very extensive multiplayer for two people.

Tricks are performed in a very simple way, although more experienced players are also considered. The best scored shares are quite difficult to execute. Graphically, Dave Mirra Freestyle BMX 3 performs quite well. The action is, of course, observed in isometric projection. Noteworthy are the nicely presented tricks. The issue of a large variety of maps cannot be overlooked either. During the fun we visit Chinatown or professionally prepared skatepark.
