Demolish & Build 3 is the third installment in the series of construction simulation games launched in October 2016. The development and release of this game was handled by the Polish company Demolish Games, which has been in existence since 2020.

Gameplay

In Demolish & Build 3 we view the action from a first-person perspective (FPP). During the game we take on the role of a construction company owner and it's our responsibility to develop our business. We're starting as a small operation located in a shed on an equally small plot, but eventually we can become a real behemoth with an impressive fleet of machines.

To achieve this, we need to carry out various tasks, which involve not only the demolition of various objects and the construction of new buildings, but also leveling the ground or even digging. We need construction equipment to make all of this happen. We sit behind the controls of various machines during the game, such as bulldozers, loaders or excavators of various sizes. The latter can be equipped with various attachments, among which, apart from buckets, we will find large circular saws or pneumatic hammers. And speaking of hammers - nothing prevents us from taking direct control of the character and performing certain actions with a hammer in hand.
