Over the years, the survival horror genre has undergone quite a transformation. However, there is no shortage of players who nostalgically recall the 1990s and the classic horror films of that era, as well as the era of the first PlayStation, during which games of this type flourished. Fear the Spotlight is a title developed by the independent studio Cozy Game Pals, which taps into these memories.

Gameplay

In Fear the Spotlight events are viewed from a third-person perspective (TPP).

We explore school corridors and rooms and we must constantly be on guard. The building has been taken over by unknown figures and a monster with a spotlight for a head, who is hot on our heels. To avoid detection, we must sneak behind enemies, trying not to draw their attention. When we are spotted, our only option is to run.
