In terms of mechanics, Chrono Phantasma Extend combines elements of classic 2D fighting games and visual novels, a genre very popular in Japan. We follow the game's plot through dialogues and artworks. Once in a while we have to fight with the enemies we encounter, and results of those fight have impact on the plot.
