Gobliiins Trilogy is a compilation of the first three parts of the cult game of logic and adventure for mobile devices with Android, which were originally released in 1991-93 on PCs, Atari ST and Amiga. The refreshment of the classic hits of the French studio Coktel Vision was undertaken by DotEmu, which has already reedited such classics as Another World, Ishar, Little Big Adventure or Raptor: Call of the Shadows.

In the first part of the series we get to know three nice gnomes: Oops, Asgard and Ignatius (in the United States also known as Dwayne, Hooter and BoBo), who set out to find a cure for the mentally ill King Angoulafre. Each of the three characters has different skills, the combination of which is the key to solving the riddles prepared by the creators. The second part, based on identical mechanics, tells the story of two goblins who have to find and free the Prince, kidnapped by a wicked villain named Amoniak. In the last part of the cycle (known as Goblins Quest 3) we play the role of a goblin-journalist who tries to write a report on the conflict between the king and the queen and falls in love with a beautiful princess and experiences real heart dilemmas.

Gobliiins gameplay combines the elements of a classic point-and-click adventure with a logical game, focusing less on exploration and more on solving puzzles. Each location in the game hides a number of puzzles, the solving of which allows you to move on to the next stage and move the plot forward. While playing, we use the specific skills of individual heroes, or - as in the third part - with the help of NPCs.

Mobile re-edition of the game for Android offers refreshed graphics and sound, although the option of choosing the classic or re-mastered version is left. Likewise in terms of control: we can use a specially designed touch interface or a "classic variant". Players who have no experience in solving logical puzzles are provided with a number of facilitations, such as classic tips and a hotspot system that illuminates the zones of possible interaction.
