A point-and-click adventure game created by a German developer, Mosaic Mask Studio. The game combines the dark atmosphere of the 19-th century with comedy elements. The main character is called Talorel and is an angel candidate attending a stunt school located in the heavens. During one of his flights, he has an accident and falls to the ground near the eponymous town.
Heaven's Hope for PC is a point & click adventure game combining the dark, nineteenth century atmosphere with comedy elements. It was developed by Mosaic Mask Studio - a German developer. The game is the first full-fledged project of the Hanover-based company.
In Heaven's Hope for PC, the main character is called Talorel. He is a candidate for an angel and an adept of a stunt school located in the sky. During one of routine flying practices, the protagonist accidentally falls down to the ground and crashes near Heaven's Hope. Leaving heaven without permission of the archangels is forbidden, thus Talorel must return up there quickly, before the supervisors learn about what had happened – otherwise, the stuntman's career will be over. The problem is, however, that going back to heaven turns out to be more difficult than the protagonist thought.
The player's task is to help the protagonist leave the Earth. In so doing, the player visits nearly forty hand painted locations inhabited by twenty-five characters. They are all embroiled in intrigues which spark the player's interest. These even include a case with Spanish Inquisition.
Apart from talking to other characters, Talorel has to solve a set of puzzles (each can be solved in a few different ways). What is more, the protagonist has to make a few choices which can affect the story. Thus the ending comes in several variants.
In contrast to other adventure games, Heaven's Hope for PC allows to modify the protagonist's appearance. Also, one can join another player's session at any time. Completing the game takes about twelve hours.

Game Ratings for Heaven's Hope Video Game.
G4@Syfygames: 7 / 10 by Jessica Famularo
With that said, though, Heaven's Hope is a sufficient little game, with an intriguing, unique story. Add to that the lovingly created scenery and enjoyable dialogue, and these smaller accomplishments almost overcome the game's foibles. Heaven's Hope does absolutely nothing new, but maybe that's all we need from a point and click game. Despite its occasionally frustrating puzzle design, Heaven's Hope is a pleasant time waster for a rainy weekend.
Cubed3: 6 / 10 by Adam Riley
For all the niggling little flaws faced throughout, Heaven's Hope still retains more than enough oomph to keep the adventure from grinding to a complete halt. Sadly, it is lacking the promised humour, yet the smart puzzles, and variety included, make for an intriguing journey, albeit a frustrating one at times as the order things must be completed can be too restrictive.
GameGrin: 6.5 / 10 by Gary Sheppard
Not the best adventure game I've ever played, but it's certainly fun, well drawn and with a decent enough storyline. Fans of the genre will likely enjoy this but it probably won't convert any new fans.
