Honeycomb: The World Beyond

An important element of the game is also establishing and expanding bases in various locations on the planet. We also have the ability to construct devices, including vehicles, and to improve technology.

Struggle for survival

The alien planet quickly proves to be a dangerous place, and the predators roaming it may pose a threat to us. With that said it is worth noting that our character cannot die. Instead, when we fall victim to one of the threats, we will be knocked out. Although this has its consequences, it does not force us to load an older save.

A separate mention deserves the fact that the protagonist we embody is a pacifist and does not kill animals, but only puts them to sleep (usually to be able to study them).

Story

The action of Honeycomb: The World Beyond is set in the distant future, when the ecological state of the Earth has reached a dramatic level. Governments are recruiting the most talented young scientists and sending them on a mission to an alien planet, hoping they will find salvation for the cradle of humanity there. One of the chosen people for this is the protagonist we embody.
