Hot Shot Burn is an multiplayer arcade shooter. Players take control of one of the galactic warriors and fight against others in space arenas. Flaming Flamingo, Artifex Mundi's internal studio, is responsible for the production of the title.
Hot Shot Burn is a dynamic, arcade shooter with a top-down perspective. During the game, the player chooses one of the available warriors - e.g. space wrestler Chuck, who can charge and set fire, or moth-killer Luna, who can become invisible - and starts fighting in closed arenas. Each character has his own unique abilities that influence the style of play.
Each of the arenas also has a unique construction and special rules. In addition, each one has a number of helpers to gain an advantage on the battlefield: they can be used to gain invisibility or the missiles ability to penetrate the walls.
Matches last as long as one of the players collects points - they are awarded for each murder and survival in the arena.
Hot Shot Burn offers only multiplayer games. Matches can be played by 2 to 4 players locally or via the Internet.
The production regularly receives new content, which includes new characters, arenas and game modes.
Hot Shot Burn offers a fun, colorful design inspired by American cartoons. In addition, the players' struggles are accompanied by synthwave music and the voice of a match commentator.
