A spectacular 3vs3 team fighting game, based on the popular comic and animated series. Invincible VS allows us to play both as superheroes and supervillains. We participate in bloody battles, making use of combos and powerful super attacks.
Invincible VS is a brutal 3 on 3 fighting game that is an adaptation of the well-known IP created by Robert Kirkman. Its development was handled by the American studio Quarter Up, founded by veterans of the genre, who have Killer Instinct from 2013 in their portfolio.
Invincible VS is a classic team brawler in which three-person teams stand up to fight. We can smoothly switch between heroes during the battle, merging their abilities into long, brutal combinations.
Each character has a unique set of strikes that can be combined into impressive series, as well as special attacks enhanced by the team system. For example, Omni-Man (one of the most powerful Viltrumites and father of Invincible) is an extremely versatile character: he can fight both at a distance, using energy attacks, and in close combat, thanks to quick punches and destructive throws.
The combat system is based on three pillars: dynamic combos, tactical defense, and devastating super attacks. Thanks to this, fights require both reflexes and strategic planning - the proper use of changing heroes during a combo can completely reverse the course of the battle.
We have spectacular Super Moves and even more powerful Ultimates at our disposal, which not only inflict massive damage, but also feature exceptionally brutal visual effects, leaving opponents in puddles of blood and our surroundings completely destroyed.
An additional element is the ability to build synergy between team members - some characters perform better as initiators of attacks, others as support or the last line of defense. Thanks to this, every match has a slightly different course, and experimenting with the team structure is an important element of the game.
The creators have prepared an original story, developed in a special story mode. Its script was created in collaboration with the screenwriters of the animated series.
The story is set in a universe created by Robert Kirkman, where a young Mark Grayson, known as Invincible, is learning to use the superhuman powers he inherited from his father - Omni-Man. In the background, a brutal conflict unfolds between superheroes and villains, as well as cosmic races threatening Earth, including the powerful Viltrumites.
The game offers several different modes. Cinematic Story Mode presents a plot created by the screenwriter of the animated series. A classic Arcade Mode is also available, as well as a Training Mode for honing skills, and online modes, which include ranked competition, friendly matches, and cooperation.

MonsterVine: 3 / 5 by Branford Hubbard
Invincible VS is quite similar to the series’ protagonist, Invincible. He’s often conflicted, and as an alien, human, and superhero, he has much to live up to. In Invincible VS’ case, I’m not sure that it does live up to expectations. Quarter Up’s first effort should be applauded for developing a fighting game that could be a hit with both casuals and high-level players, but it could just as easily not find an audience with its conflicting decisions. Competition is tough in fighting games, and that remains true for…Invincible VS.
GamingBolt: 8 / 10 by Stuart Glover
Invincible VS will be immediately satisfying for the casual crowd, but it also brings genuine competitive potential through its hidden mechanical complexity.
TechRaptor: 7 / 10 by Luis Joshua Gutierrez
Invincible VS doesn't have a steep learning curve like many fighting games in the genre, but it is easy to pick up and understand, even if that's to a fault.
